Kindly read these Terms and Conditions before ordering any products from the website. By purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

You should read these Terms and Conditions regularly to know more with regards to any changes we have made to our Terms and Conditions. 

Payments

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards and any other methods which may be clearly stated on our site from time to time. You confirm that the credit card/debit card being used is yours or that you have specifically authorized by the owner to use it.

We will take reasonable care to make our site secure. All online banking transactions on this site are processed using KiplePay, which is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment.

In addition, we will take reasonable care, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any date you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

Vouchers

All customers can collect their respective points to redeem the vouchers provided in Rayha^® website. Discount vouchers are valid for the specified period stated on the voucher can only be redeemed once and may not be used in conjunction with other vouchers and discounted items.

We may exclude individual brands from voucher promotions in line with our sales strategies. You may redeem only ONE voucher per promotional campaign. Rayha^® reserves to the right to cancel any subsequent orders made by you using a voucher of the same promotional campaign.

If you place an order for a product less than the value of the promotional voucher, no refund credit will be returned to you. The credit value of a discount voucher does not accrue interest and it does not have cash value.

If the value of the voucher is insufficient for the order, you may make up the difference using our accepted payment methods. 

Delivery

1. Delivery costs for Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and also Sarawak will be charged according to general courier flat price.
2. We aim to deliver the product to you at the delivery address as per requested by you and delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout as updated in the order confirmation. 

iii. We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

1. You may contact our customer representative in case of any faults, defects or damage. You shall be able to provide the documents delivered with the product, if it is needed.
