Returns and Refund Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us within seven days of the receipt. We only accept the return and exchange if the items are defective or wrong received.
- The product shall be unused, unwashed. Product tags and labels shall be intact as per original packaging and the product shall be in the original brand packaging.
- Reasons such as "I changed my mind", "the designs are not suitable for me", or "the colors are different from the website" will not be considered valid grounds for refund and exchange.
- This policy is applicable only to those products which do not fall under the list of non-refundable brands/items provided on our website. All items must be received by Rayha® team in order for a customer to be eligible for a refund or product replacement.
- You shall ensure that the product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you.
